职位概况
我们是台湾 AI Labs，致力于人工智能研发，现招聘一名人資招募專員，负责公司人才招聘全流程，协助各部门快速匹配合适人才。
主要职责
- 通过招聘网站与平台审核简历并主动搜索人才。
- 开拓并维护新的招聘渠道。
- 安排面试、跟进面试结果并办理入职手续。
- 与用人部门沟通需求，帮助寻找合适人选。
- 负责员工教育训练、关系维护及福利活动等交办事项。
任职要求
- 具备两年以上招聘软体人才经验。
- 有软体人才招聘经验者优先。
- 熟悉各类招聘平台的操作流程。
- 了解软体产业动态，能够快速捕捉人才趋势。
必备技能
- 熟练使用招聘平台进行人才搜寻与管理。
