Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical and niche positions. You will partner with hiring managers and clients to attract top talent, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and build strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition intake to onboarding readiness.
• Identify passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases and professional networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop data‑driven sourcing strategies.
• Craft personalized outreach messages (InMails, emails) that highlight the company’s employee value proposition.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to verify technical and cultural fit.
• Maintain transparent communication throughout the process, coordinating interviews, offers and rejections.
• Build and sustain a healthy talent pipeline for high‑demand positions.
• Research regional talent markets, competitor activity and compensation trends to inform recruiting strategies.
• Perform HR administrative tasks such as new‑hire onboarding and job market research.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in in‑house or agency recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and market‑judgment abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
