HR Officer / Supervisor (Taipei)

About the role

Aveolia Group's ApolloTech, which joined the Veolia Group in 2019 and provides soil and groundwater remediation services, is looking for an experienced HR Officer/Supervisor in Taipei. The role supports and coordinates HR services across business units in Taiwan, working closely with local and regional HR teams so that HR processes align with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Learning and development: design, implement and continuously improve learning, talent development and performance management programmes
• Employee relations and communication: act as the main point of contact for employee queries, guiding them on HR policies, procedures and best practices
• HR policies and procedures: support the development, review and renewal of HR policies and procedures to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance
• Other HR projects: support ad-hoc initiatives such as employee relations cases, engagement activities and culture-building work

Required profile

• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of Taiwan labour laws and HR regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who can manage time well and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: experience collaborating with regional HR teams in multinational companies, and a track record designing talent development or performance management frameworks
