HBM Production Operator

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Production Operator to work on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) equipment. You will operate multiple machines on a 12‑hour rotating shift, ensuring smooth production and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple production machines.
• Use computer‑based programs to log machine data and track performance.
• Provide machine coverage during breaks and maintain accurate records.
• Identify equipment performance discrepancies and communicate them promptly to the lead.
• Follow 6S workplace organization and safety protocols.
• Run equipment according to current process specifications and documentation.
• Participate in certification, recertification, and on‑the‑job training.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Baseline digital fluency and ability to use AI‑assisted tools.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for operating production software.
• Ability to use AI‑enabled tools for operational tasks.
