Global EHS & Sustainability Sr Audit Program Manager

About the role

Micron Technology seeks a senior professional to lead its global Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and sustainability audit program. The role will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and international frameworks while driving continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and conduct EHS&S audits across international locations, aligning with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and RBA standards.
• Coordinate audit schedules with internal teams, external partners, and customer support functions.
• Develop corrective action plans, monitor their execution, and perform follow‑up audits.
• Analyze audit data to identify trends, systemic issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and advanced analytics for risk assessment, audit planning, and performance monitoring.
• Enhance process connectivity between EHS&S systems and production, quality, and supply‑chain functions.
• Maintain process maps, metrics, and dashboards to demonstrate audit effectiveness.
• Coach and mentor junior auditors and foster collaborative relationships at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Accredited lead auditor certification for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
• Proven experience in global EHS&S audit programs, preferably in a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and drive systemic improvements.
