Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support governance and reporting for an offshore wind project. Working closely with the Project Director, PMO and functional leads, you will ensure that decisions, actions and approvals are documented, tracked and communicated to the leadership team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Steering Committee presentations and decision‑ready slides by consolidating input from the project team.
• Coordinate board approval processes, including drafting approval papers, tracking status and following up on required actions.
• Organise governance meetings – scheduling, agenda preparation and logistics.
• Take accurate minutes, track actions and ensure timely follow‑up and closure.
• Maintain a log of key decisions, approvals and governance actions for audit readiness.
• Support the consolidation of project reports, dashboards and KPIs for management reporting.
• Provide general administrative support such as organising team events, onboarding and off‑boarding activities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in project coordination, executive assistance or governance/administration, preferably in offshore wind or broader energy/infrastructure.
• Proven experience preparing Steering Committee, board or senior management presentations and papers.
• Strong written and presentation abilities to synthesize complex information.
• Fluent in Chinese with working proficiency in English.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP are an advantage.
