Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Finance Agent

About the role

We are looking for product‑minded full‑stack engineers to help build BJAK’s AI Finance Agent. You will move across frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Build customer‑facing and internal product features end‑to‑end, including web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems.
• Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast and iterate based on analytics and feedback.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability.
• Develop tools that reduce manual work and increase speed across the business.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
• Ability to build useful products quickly without perfect specifications.
• Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail.
• Comfortable debugging across the entire stack.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high‑volume platforms is a strong advantage.
