Fitter / Fitter Apprentice – Precision Mold Machining

About the role

BizLink is looking for a meticulous Fitter or Fitter Apprentice to join its tooling and machining centre. You will be responsible for producing high‑precision molds using conventional machining techniques and ensuring every workpiece meets strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and execute detailed 2D and 3D mold designs and machining drawings.
• Operate milling machines, surface grinders and lathes safely and efficiently.
• Maintain 6S workplace organization within the machining unit.
• Inspect, measure and verify finished parts against dimensional tolerances.
• Install, adjust, maintain and repair molds as required.
• Carry out additional tooling projects and ad‑hoc machining tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in tooling, fitting, mold making or conventional machining.
• Basic proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong ability to read and apply complex engineering and mold drawings.
• Commitment to quality, safety and precision in a production environment.
