Field Marketing Manager – MultiVision tsmc

About the role

As a Field Marketing Manager for MultiVision tsmc, you will act as the technical and customer engagement expert for the Business Unit, driving adoption of complex product strategies across Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct calls with field Technical Directors and lead technical/customer engagement from a BU perspective.
• Drive penetration and adoption of unique product strategies, identifying and overcoming customer adoption barriers.
• Capture competitive intelligence and align business focus on TAM, share, and margin between BU and Field.
• Lead project teams to achieve milestones, map trends, opportunities, and threats to roadmaps.
• Enhance technical communication between Field and Product Teams and coordinate Technical Review workshops.

Required profile

• Recognized technical expert with deep discipline knowledge and broad cross‑functional awareness.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend product or process improvements.
• Proven leadership of high‑risk, complex projects and development of execution strategies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to address unique, high‑impact challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
