Field Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Field Marketing Coordinator will drive sustainable, multi‑category growth by turning business priorities into actionable field initiatives. Working closely with sales, trade partners and cross‑functional teams, the role focuses on consumer acquisition, trade activation and program optimisation across combustible and HTS categories.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch consumer‑centric, locally relevant field marketing programs that increase brand awareness and drive sales across GT, CVS and emerging channels.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across categories, channels and target audiences, translating insights into targeted initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams, trade partners and internal stakeholders to ensure program alignment, resource availability and compliance.
• Coach and support field marketing associates and trade partners in developing bottom‑up initiatives and executing market‑specific actions.
• Monitor, analyse and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of trade and retail environments, consumer behaviour and regulatory constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Management or Project Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, trade marketing or sales, preferably in highly regulated industries.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and coordinate multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of trade and retail dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and proficient English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
