Field Force Training Expert – Taiwan

About the role

Astellas is seeking a senior Field Force Training Expert to elevate the capabilities of its commercial teams in Taiwan. This role blends learning strategy, facilitation, coaching, and change management to drive brand success, launch readiness, and superior customer engagement across the healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑impact learning experiences that translate strategy into actionable skills.
• Prepare field teams for major product launches and emerging market opportunities.
• Build core capabilities in communication, account planning, negotiation, and customer engagement.
• Analyze data and insights to identify capability gaps and measure business impact.
• Introduce innovative learning technologies, including AI‑powered content development tools and virtual learning solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous growth, curiosity, and improvement across the Taiwan organization.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical training, learning & development, commercial excellence, or sales effectiveness.
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging workshops and create memorable learning experiences.
• Strong business acumen with a passion for developing people and driving performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills to partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access leaders.
