About the role

We are looking for a proactive eCommerce Digital Specialist to shape and execute regional digital marketing strategies that align with local market trends and brand objectives. The role involves driving traffic, engagement and sales through data‑driven campaigns while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional digital marketing strategies aligned with local market trends and brand objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across SEO, SEM and social media to drive traffic, engagement and sales.
• Conduct market research to generate insights for product positioning and promotional tactics.
• Collaborate with content teams to localise assets and integrate digital efforts with offline sales initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and report on KPIs to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on eCommerce and regional markets.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.
• Experience working in an agency environment and handling multiple clients is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across diverse teams and cultures.
• Self‑motivated, organised and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
