Director of User Operations (Fintech)

About the role

BTSE Group is looking for a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end user lifecycle on its global fintech platform. The role focuses on driving activation, retention and re‑activation through data‑driven initiatives and close collaboration with product, marketing and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise the full user journey—from onboarding to re‑engagement.
• Track, segment and analyse user behaviour to generate actionable lifecycle insights.
• Launch retention campaigns, incentives and reward programmes in partnership with Marketing.
• Work with Product and Engineering to streamline onboarding flows and improve overall user experience.
• Define, monitor and continuously improve core metrics such as activation, retention, re‑activation and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in user operations, growth or lifecycle management, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Strong understanding of user activation, retention and engagement strategies.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven ability to translate analytics into product and marketing actions.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
