AI Enablement Specialist

About the role

Our mission is to help integrate Generative AI into everyday business workflows, enabling employees to work more efficiently and innovate faster. This role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business functions, driving AI adoption strategies, designing enablement programs, promoting best practices, and gathering user feedback to continuously improve AI utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption strategies across the organization
• Design and deliver AI enablement programs and training
• Promote AI best practices and standards
• Collect and analyze user feedback to improve AI utilization

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• Familiarity with Generative AI and LLM applications such as Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and enterprise AI tools
• Experience in project management, user enablement, training programs or digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Self‑motivated, fast learner and problem‑solver with passion for emerging technologies
