职位概况
Adecco 台灣團隊徵求一位具備 3–5 年數位行銷經驗的 Digital Marketing Specialist，負責社群媒體經營、數位廣告與內容製作，協助提升品牌曝光與業務成長。
主要职责
- 管理 LinkedIn、Facebook、Instagram、LINE@ 等平台的 Content Calendar，持續優化社群成效。
- 規劃與執行 Digital Campaign，整合 Social Media、EDM、網站等管道，追蹤與分析成效。
- 執行 Meta Ads 及其他 Paid Media 廣告，進行優化與報表製作。
- 製作 Social Media 視覺素材與 Short‑form Video，使用 Canva、CapCut 等工具。
- 協助 Associate Manager 推進 Marketing Projects，提升執行效率。
任职要求
- 具 3–5 年 Digital Marketing、Social Media 或相關領域經驗。
- 熟悉 Meta Ads、Paid Media、GA4、Meta Business Suite 等工具。
- 具良好中文文案與視覺美感，能獨立完成素材製作。
- 具基本英文溝通能力，具 B2B 行銷或與業務團隊合作經驗者佳。
- 具 EDM、CMS、Marketing Automation 經驗者優先。
必备技能
- Meta Ads / Paid Media 操作
- Canva、CapCut 內容製作
- GA4、Meta Business Suite 數據分析
- LinkedIn、Facebook、Instagram、LINE@ 平台管理
- EDM、CMS、Marketing Automation 使用經驗
