Senior Staff Marketing Specialist - Embedded Solutions

About the role

Renesas Electronics is hiring a Senior Staff Marketing Specialist in Taipei for its Solution Marketing team, which drives global embedded (EE) solution go-to-market support and creates regional solutions. The role starts with TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and ROI assessment, works with SAL and TAA to prepare MRD and SRD, and builds eBOMs by combining EP&C, AMS, Power and HPC products. It also supports NSI launches and GTM plans with channel marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze regional market trends, customer pain points and SAM/CAGR/LTV projections, and run competitive analysis for target BOMs and solutions
• Lead regional proposals (stage I-II): block diagrams, architecture, specs, USP, MRD/SRD and PPB alignment, with feasibility, cost and timeline checks
• Support solution development (stage III-V) and coordinate regional go/no-go decisions with UX/SAL management
• Own NSI definition, support packages (L1-L3) and launch readiness
• Build and execute regional GTM plans, solution messaging and positioning aligned with global Solution Marketing
• Partner with channel marketing on mass-market GTM and distributor readiness (webinars, trainings, MARCOM, caravans, MIM, incentives)
• Present solutions to distributors and customers, support technical engagement with ecosystem partners and help sales teams generate early opportunities
• Create Go-Bags, block diagrams, web content and sales kits, and provide internal and external training
• Track solution impact and funnel progress via CRM and BI dashboards, and collect customer feedback and competitor intelligence

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business development, marketing or technical sales
• Strong understanding of data center, AI server, energy and appliance or broader embedded markets
• Proven ability to follow up on leads and develop field relationships
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

The role involves hybrid collaboration with matrix reporting across PG, UX and regional SAL, and travel to customers, distributors and regional events as needed. Renesas offers a competitive benefits package alongside salary.
