DevOps Engineer, Cloud Infra

About the role

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to own and improve its cloud infrastructure. You will work on large‑scale production systems, leveraging AI and automation to increase reliability and reduce operational noise.

Key responsibilities

• Handle production incidents, conduct post‑mortem analysis and drive system stability improvements.
• Design, deploy, monitor and troubleshoot Kafka and Redis clusters in production.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application deployments.
• Manage and optimize AWS and AliCloud resources for performance, cost and reliability.
• Develop internal DevOps platforms such as online load testing and change‑management systems.
• Integrate LLM/AI frameworks (OpenAI, Dify, Agno, LangChain) to automate alert triage, RCA and ChatOps workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience operating Kafka and Redis at scale.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work closely with developers to optimise code.
• Proven collaboration attitude and experience building partnerships across teams.

• AWS (minimum 3 years); GCP, Azure or AliCloud a plus
