Data Center Lead - Electrical Solutions

About the role

Stäubli, a global industrial and mechatronic solution provider, is expanding its data center business and is looking for an Electrical Data Center Lead in Taipei. The role combines deep electrical and data center expertise with strategic leadership: driving the direct reports in sales and supporting functions such as engineering and operations, influencing customers from engineering teams to C-suite executives, and executing a market strategy focused on growth and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L of the data center business and drive its growth and value creation
• Define and execute the market strategy, identify opportunities and build plans for expansion and customer development
• Lead and develop the sales and support teams through coaching, mentoring and performance management
• Build strategic customer relationships, lead major negotiations and contracts, and promote enterprise solutions and consultative selling
• Stay ahead of trends such as AI infrastructure, high-density power, liquid cooling, BESS and DCIM, and strengthen the company's brand in the data center ecosystem

Required profile

• MBA or graduate degree in Sales & Marketing, Technical or Engineering
• 5-10 years of sales and marketing experience in data centers
• Background in data centers, power systems, electrical equipment or critical infrastructure
• Proven track record of leading a team to grow business
• Fluent English and Mandarin; additional local languages are an advantage

• CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• AI and BI skills such as Qlik Sense
• Knowledge of data center electrical infrastructure, colocation, hyperscalers and edge data centers
