Data Analyst (TW Logistics)

About the role

Coupang's TW Logistics Data and Analytics team supports the delivery process after shipment, covering the delivery network, delivery status and delivery personnel. The team handles data cleansing, simulation, pre- and post-project impact analysis, data mart design and development, and report development. The role sits within Coupang's expansion in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Define and track KPI metrics, build and manage business reports, collaborate with teams to find high-level insights and present findings to stakeholders and executives.
• Produce operational reporting and insights by building and analysing business data.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Program Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
• Lead data simulations for new projects and provide accurate, data-driven insights for business decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SQL and data analytics.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Presto and Airflow.
• Proficiency in Mandarin; middle-level English (verbal and written).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field; equivalent professional experience also considered.

Required skills

• Extensive SQL skills and a wide range of data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with Python, R, SAS or other statistical software.

Salary is more than NT$ 40,000 per month, fixed or variable depending on qualifications or performance. The recruitment process runs through application review, a job-fit interview, a focus interview and an offer.
