Customer Engagement Applications Engineer (ECI)

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring a Customer Engagement Applications Engineer (ECI) in Taichung City. The role supports the development and implementation of ECI products and works closely with customers and the product division.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical applications support for the development and implementation of ECI products.
• Deliver presentations on ECI products and new technologies, run customer training sessions and support project execution.
• Assist sales and product staff in assessing how company products can meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications.
• Follow up on the dissemination of technical information on specific applications.
• Report regional requirements and product updates to the product division and escalate field application issues, following up until they are fixed.
• Work in depth on customer problems and cooperate with customers and the division to improve the value of ECI analyzers.
• Travel to customer sites is required.

Required profile

• Master's degree with 0 years of related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
