Chinese‑Speaking Customer Support Teammate

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Chinese‑speaking Teammate to join its customer experience team. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, and live‑chat, providing accurate and timely assistance to customers while upholding the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls in Chinese.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live‑chat, ensuring quick resolution.
• Filter and moderate content from the client’s website.
• Conduct data entry and research tasks as required.
• Apply basic troubleshooting techniques and manage customer complaints.
• Identify, prioritize, and escalate critical issues.
• Route calls to appropriate resources when necessary.
• Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all login credentials and sensitive information.
• Participate in mandatory internal and external trainings.

Required profile

• Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to follow quality guidelines and meet KPI targets.
