职位概况
负责化工车间设备的管理、点检及故障排除，确保每日生产顺利进行，满足EHS要求。
主要职责
- 生产前进行设备工装设置与检查。
- 日常进行设备点检、EHS检查并及时纠正。
- 向主管报告EHS问题及事故。
- 协助制程工程师解决关键质量与设备问题。
- 配合设备工程师进行故障排除和日常维护。
- 完成主管交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 具备设备设置、日常管理和故障排除经验。
- 有5S现场执行经验。
- 3年以上工厂生产领班经验者优先。
- 有化学品生产或工艺经验者优先。

- 5S现场管理
