Capacity Planning Specialist - Logistics (Last Mile)

About the role

Coupang is expanding its presence in Taiwan and is looking for a Capacity Planning Specialist focused on last-mile logistics. The role supports capacity planning across last mile and middle mile operations, carrying out daily and monthly planning tasks, running data analysis and giving operational insights to improve efficiency. It works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of capacity planning models for last-mile logistics, keeping them consistent with operational guidelines.
• Carry out daily and monthly manpower and asset planning with operations teams so tasks are completed on time.
• Analyze basic driver performance and cost data to spot trends and support efficiency improvements at route or area level.
• Help maintain and improve workforce planning tools to raise forecasting accuracy and operational responsiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in planning operations.
• Strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field; experience in last-mile or middle-mile logistics; basic English verbal communication.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Excel and data operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
