Canteen Services Specialist – Hsinchu

About the role

TSMC is seeking a Canteen Services Specialist to manage its corporate dining facilities in Hsinchu. The role ensures high‑quality food service, compliance with health and safety standards, and supports employee well‑being through effective canteen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily canteen operations, guaranteeing service quality and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost‑effective, timely delivery of supplies.
• Handle general affairs and administrative tasks that support smooth business operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to organise corporate events and initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
• Collect employee feedback and continuously improve canteen services to meet evolving needs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in hospitality, human resources, business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, HR or related areas; international restaurant management experience is a plus.
• High integrity, disciplined work ethic and a positive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Excellent English communication and facilitation skills.
• Adaptable, logical thinker with strong teamwork orientation and high adversity quotient.

Required skills

• Vendor negotiation and contract management.
• Knowledge of food safety, health and hygiene regulations.
