Business Intelligence and Automation Analyst - MedTech

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division is looking for a Business Intelligence and Automation Analyst in Taipei. The role supports the business by developing and maintaining dashboards, analytics and workflow automation solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to turn their needs into scalable digital solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to turn requirements, operational challenges and opportunities into process improvement, digital and business intelligence solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
• Build and enhance business applications supporting operational processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve dashboards, automated workflows and Power Platform applications.
• Develop documentation and provide user training or support for dashboards and automation solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and ensure data accuracy and business usability.
• Collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills, plus good written and spoken English.
• Preferred: experience in medical device or healthcare digitalization, and familiarity with data governance, access control, validation or compliance in regulated environments.
