Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing CPaaS and omnichannel SaaS provider looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist. You will help expand our international footprint by building strategic partnerships and acquiring high‑growth enterprise customers across sectors such as cross‑border e‑commerce, fintech, travel, and call centers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, software developers, consulting firms, call‑center system providers, and CRM vendors.
• Design joint sales programs, support end‑to‑end sales cycles, and ensure successful delivery for enterprise clients.
• Target and grow high‑potential enterprise accounts in key verticals, leveraging our international virtual numbers and omnichannel platform.
• Gather market intelligence, track industry trends, and feed insights back to product teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B solutions sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS, CPaaS, cloud communications, telecommunications, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record in building channel partnerships or strategic alliances.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and business‑acumen skills with the ability to act quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional Japanese or Korean is a plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
