Business Development Manager – US Stocks & Equities

About the role

Gate, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is expanding into US stocks and equities. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can turn product launches into a thriving business by building strategic partnerships and driving growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the growth strategy for Gate's US stocks and equities business on a global scale.
• Build and manage partnerships with broker‑dealers, liquidity providers, market makers, fintech platforms, and institutional players.
• Expand affiliate, introducing broker (IB), key opinion leader (KOL), and channel partner networks to increase users and trading volume.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and regional teams to execute the go‑to‑market strategy.
• Monitor competitors, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the US equities space.
• Support the launch of new stock trading products and features.
• Lead and grow a team or operate as a senior individual contributor, depending on experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business development, partnerships, or institutional sales experience within brokerage, fintech, or trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of US equities market structure and ecosystem.
• Existing network across brokers, market makers, fintech firms, or institutional clients.
• Proven track record of driving revenue, partnerships, or user growth.
• Fluent English and comfortable working with global, cross‑functional teams.
