Sales Representative – Entry Level B2B

About the role

WIN SOURCE is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to start a career in B2B sales within the global electronic components supply chain. You will learn how to identify prospects, handle RFQs, and support customers through the quotation and order process while gaining insight into international supply‑chain dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Research and organise potential customer leads using LinkedIn, industry platforms and other search tools.
• Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and follow up on basic customer needs.
• Support RFQ, quotation, sample and order progress matters and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with sales, sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams to fulfil customer requests.
• Continuously follow up with prospects, inactive customers and existing leads to advance conversations.
• Assist Sales Managers or Business Development colleagues with basic customer development tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development or customer communication (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good English or local language communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with consistent follow‑up and strong motivation to learn a new industry.
• Interest in international B2B sales and electronic component supply chains.
• Early‑career candidates, fresh graduates or individuals with strong sales potential are welcome.
