Business Development Manager

About the role

DataconneX is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its enterprise sales efforts for AI‑driven marketing solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
• Develop and nurture relationships with direct clients and channel partners to expand market reach.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas focused on new logo acquisition, ARR growth, and channel contributions.
• Scope project requirements with clients, including data availability, workflow mapping, and success metrics.
• Structure contracts and lead commercial negotiations, balancing business value, delivery feasibility, and legal considerations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B enterprise sales, business development, or channel management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML, or fintech.
• Proven track record of selling technology solutions to enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with marketing optimization workflows across ad platforms such as Meta, Google, Line, TikTok, and Amazon.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Self‑directed, organized, and execution‑oriented with a strong bias toward results.
• Startup experience and comfort working in ambiguous, cross‑functional environments.
