Account Manager – Direct Sales (Taiwan)

About the role

Tektronix Taiwan is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth of its direct‑sales portfolio across Taiwan. You will be responsible for selling high‑performance measurement solutions and related applications to small and medium‑sized enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for direct‑sales products and solutions in assigned territories.
• Manage daily customer engagement, cover territorial business demand and achieve profitable order growth.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify trends, create tactical action plans and drive expansion.
• Support channel partners to increase market share of high‑end products in central and southern Taiwan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling T&M products, datacenter, computing, consumer, component, material or EV‑related solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and results‑oriented with a proven track record.

Required skills

• Experience selling T&M (Test & Measurement) products.
• Knowledge of high‑speed serial I/O (HSSIO) applications.
