职位概况

lululemon 於台北101 招募身心障礙友善的兼職門市人員，提供彈性排班與多元成長環境，協助顧客體驗與社群活動。

主要职责

以尊重與熱情與顧客互動，提供卓越的顧客服務與產品諮詢。
評估顧客需求，提供客製化的購買、退貨與解決方案。
向顧客說明產品價值與技術特點，推廣品牌文化與在地社群計畫。
巡視樓面、補貨、陳列商品，維持門市整潔與安全。
協助規劃與執行本地、區域性社群活動，如跑步俱樂部、國際瑜伽日等。

任职要求

具備中華民國合法工作資格與身心障礙證明文件。
高中或以上學歷，具備基本的中文溝通能力。
願意彈性排班，能在門市樓面協助顧客與完成工作。
具備團隊合作精神，亦能獨立完成指定任務。

必备技能

良好的顧客服務與溝通技巧。
基本的商品陳列與庫存管理能力。
