Business Development Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to accelerate growth by partnering with division leaders, consultants, partners, EPC firms and end‑users. The role focuses on digital transformation opportunities and supports internal initiatives such as QMP, RAC and digitalization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with division leaders on strategic pursuits and initiatives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with consultants, partners, EPC contractors and end‑users.
• Contribute to internal RoviSys programs including QMP, RAC and digitalization efforts.
• Research market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
• Investigate and evaluate applicable products and services in the market.
• Provide consulting and advisory services on digital transformation solutions.
• Prepare proposals based on user requirements or RFQs.
• Identify market trends, build short‑ and long‑term sales pipelines and conduct sales pitches to key stakeholders.
• Lead consultative, solution‑selling engagements that result in new account acquisition.
• Collaborate with multiple partners to drive and close regional opportunities.
• Guide junior team members in developing opportunities and achieving business targets.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work with senior division leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience researching markets and competitors.
• Proven track record in digital transformation or technology‑focused business development.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Results‑oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and pipeline growth.
