iGaming Business Development Manager – B2B

About the role

The iGaming Business Development Manager – B2B will drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing B2B clients such as operators, aggregators and platforms. You will build strategic partnerships, expand market presence across Europe, South America and emerging markets, and act as the main point of contact for international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold outreach to acquire new B2B clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close commercial deals including revenue‑share, licensing and hybrid agreements.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, optimizing performance metrics such as GGR, active users and conversion rates.
• Design and implement partnership models (API integration, aggregator distribution, white‑label solutions) and lead commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with legal, product, tech and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events (SBC, SiGMA, ICE) and gather market insights to improve product‑market fit.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level English; conversational Mandarin required; additional Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or client‑facing roles, preferably with international or B2B focus.
• Strong motivation for outbound prospecting, excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics such as GGR and conversion rates.
• Resilient, self‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
