Brand Assistant – Aesop

About the role

The Brand Assistant will support the Brand General Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of calendars, travel, events, and sales reporting. This role acts as a central hub for communication between the brand team and other departments, helping drive efficient execution of brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Brand General Manager's calendar, appointments, travel itineraries, and meeting logistics.
• Organise brand‑related events, team dinners, internal meetings and stakeholder gatherings, handling venue booking, invitations and logistics.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials and take minutes.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, expense reports and track budget items.
• Support the commercial team with regular sales reports, market‑share updates, inventory tracking and promotional performance analysis.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication between brand, sales, HR, finance and other departments.

Required profile

• Prior experience in brand administration, sales support or a similar executive assistance role.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
• English language proficiency (professional level).
