Automotive Quality & Reliability

About the role

We are looking for an Automotive Quality & Reliability professional to serve as the primary contact for our automotive customers, ensuring early engagement in product development and maintaining high standards throughout production.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the automotive customer quality contact window for early engagement activities such as APQP, RFQ and PPAP, and manage production quality.
• Handle automotive customer Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) and maintain clear communication.
• Drive continuous improvement of production quality for automotive customers.
• Lead outside‑in initiatives to systematically enhance overall product quality.

Required profile

• Proactive working attitude with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience handling automotive customer quality issues and providing support.
• At least 6 years of experience in automotive or semiconductor‑related roles, preferably in quality.
• Fluent English; TOEIC score above 900 is a plus.
• Automotive quality certifications or related qualifications are preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP and RMA processes.
