ATC Technician – Wanda Project

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full‑time ATC Technician to join the Wanda Zhonghe‑Shulin Line Project in Tucheng District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. You will support the Automatic Train Control (ATC) subsystem for a medium‑capacity transit line, performing testing, documentation and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review test and commissioning (T&C) procedures for the ATC subsystem.
• Conduct static and dynamic tests on‑site for 19 trains (7 MV each).
• Act as the technical contact for the ATC subsystem with BGL during field testing.
• Prepare technical presentations, data packages and bi‑weekly reports for project managers.
• Coordinate with customers (D3, SEMPO, TRTC) and subsystem leaders to manage software modifications.
• Record ATC software baselines for each train and organise regular meetings between design and local teams.
• Maintain ATC tools, spare parts lists and set up OCS Wireshark data logging for communication monitoring.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics or related engineering field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Automatic Train Control (ATC) systems.
• Experience with static and dynamic train testing.
• Use of Wireshark for OCS data logging.
• Familiarity with SIT10, SIT11 and SIAT2 test procedures.
