App Store Optimization (ASO) Expert

About the role

We are a leading cryptocurrency exchange seeking an App Store Optimization (ASO) Expert to own and scale our presence on the iOS App Store and Google Play. You will shape the first impression users have of our app, driving organic installs and improving ratings across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of ASO strategy, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and sustained organic growth.
• Design and run A/B tests on screenshots, preview videos, and icons using Google Play Experiments and iOS Product Page Optimisation.
• Establish a multilingual review management system to analyse feedback and improve user sentiment.
• Track and report core metrics (impressions, conversion rate, installs, keyword rankings) with tools such as Sensor Tower, Data.ai, and Appsflyer.
• Monitor competitor ASO tactics and translate insights into actionable opportunities.
• Collaborate with paid acquisition, product, design, and content teams to align organic and paid strategies.
• Lead ASO execution in key international markets, focusing on English, Japanese, Korean, major European languages, and Latin American Spanish/Portuguese.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ASO or mobile growth, preferably in internet, fintech, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking algorithms and platform rules.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language proficiency (Japanese, Korean, Spanish) is a plus.
