Advertising Supervisor – Assistant Manager (Paid Media)

About the role

We are a leading consumer‑goods manufacturer seeking an Advertising Supervisor (Assistant Manager) to lead paid‑media strategy across international markets. You will own multi‑market campaigns, work with top digital platforms, and drive measurable business growth through performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and other digital channels.
• Develop market‑specific strategies using consumer behaviour and local insights.
• Oversee media budgets, targeting, bidding and creative performance to improve ROAS.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to uncover acquisition, retention and re‑engagement opportunities.
• Design audience segmentation and remarketing tactics to boost repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and adapt strategies across global markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing or digital media, ideally in an international or multi‑market setting.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta, TikTok and Google paid campaigns.
• Exposure to e‑commerce and regional/global campaigns; Shopify experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of paid‑media optimisation, audience segmentation, attribution, ROAS, CAC and conversion tracking.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment.
