Workplace Services Manager – Taiwan (Mandarin/English)

About the role

Google operates on a global scale, but each office seeks to emulate the same “Googley” feel of its Mountain View headquarters. As a Workplace Services Manager for Taiwan, you will design, implement and manage workplace service offerings, ensuring outstanding experiences for employees across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver workplace services for Taiwan, overseeing new office builds, expansions, space planning and process implementation.
• Serve as the primary point‑of‑contact for employee needs, providing quality customer service and collaborating with stakeholders to improve the overall experience.
• Partner with APAC Workplace Services, Real Estate, IT, People Operations and Finance to ensure seamless regional integration and fiscal responsibility.
• Lead insourced and extended workforce teams in building operations, including repairs, maintenance, HVAC, janitorial services, reception, mail, moves and occupancy planning.
• Oversee vendor operations, manage projects, ensure compliance with environmental and government regulations, and contribute to Google’s culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in facility management, corporate services, property or office management.
• Fluent communication in Mandarin and English to support client relationships.
• Experience developing and managing budgets, and collaborating with multiple business units.
• Ability to travel to the office as needed and work under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
