Warehouse Clerk – Inventory & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk to support our Taiwan operations. You will ensure inventory accuracy, manage inbound and outbound logistics, and collaborate with internal and external partners to guarantee timely shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, record SAP goods receipts, and ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Conduct monthly stock counts, monitor expiration dates, manage expired items, and perform re‑inspections.
• Maintain 5S standards, plan storage locations, and design efficient material flow.
• Pick, inspect, and pack finished goods, print labels, and complete SAP outbound transactions.
• Create SAP routing tickets, handle shipment‑related SAP operations, and support new system introductions.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with additional tasks as needed, including urgent shipments and overtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP in inventory or logistics environments.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on inventory and logistics experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to handle urgent tasks and work overtime when required.
