Technical Project Manager

About the role

Logitech is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead new product development from feasibility through market launch. The role combines project leadership, scrum‑master responsibilities, and agile coordination across software, hardware, design, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple parallel product projects from feasibility to launch, creating detailed project plans and cost estimates.
• Serve as scrum master and champion agile practices within the software engineering group.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating unresolved issues to functional managers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and global teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
• Maintain project documentation, change‑control processes, and status reporting according to defined standards.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of direct project‑management experience, preferably in consumer electronics or digital devices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive progress.
• Familiarity with project‑management standards and methodologies.

Required skills

• MS Project or similar project‑management software.
• Agile methodologies and scrum‑master practices.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Cloud‑based collaboration tools.
