Technical Mechanic – Equipment Operations & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Mechanic to operate and maintain critical plant equipment, ensuring reliable production and a safe working environment. The role involves handling boiler rooms, heat exchangers, steam boilers, water treatment systems, pumps, compressors, HVAC, filter stations, and dust loading systems.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment such as boiler rooms, heat exchangers, steam boilers, water treatment units, pumps, compressors, HVAC, filter stations, and dust loading systems.
• Perform shift work as required.
• Prepare material and spare‑part requisitions.
• Monitor and record gas, technological steam, water, and sewage usage.
• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by following safety rules, reporting incidents, and supporting safety improvements.
• Manage various tasks and projects on request from the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the semiconductor or solar panel industry.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Familiarity with technical documents and terminology.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
