TCP HBM Production Technician

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a TCP HBM Production Technician to support its advanced memory and storage fab operations. The role focuses on operating warehouse‑related systems, maintaining production flow, and applying innovative technologies such as Generative AI to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate warehouse (WH) systems with precision and efficiency.
• Coordinate training and approval activities to sustain high standards.
• Establish and maintain carriers in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to support production flow.
• Maintain Fab 6S standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Implement and continuously improve production operations using Generative AI tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a production or engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and determination to overcome challenges.
• Effective collaboration skills within diverse, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Warehouse (WH) systems operation.
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) usage.

• 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) maintenance practices.
