Field Service Team Leader – Semiconductor Equipment

About the role

Plan and execute maintenance activities on Edwards equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety, timeliness and effectiveness while supporting customer objectives. Lead a small team, coordinate with internal groups and manage inventory to deliver continuous operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and undertake maintenance activities on Edwards equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety, timeliness and effectiveness.
• Integrate equipment support with other groups to maintain operational continuity and manage inventory at key customer locations.
• Liaise with the Edwards Service Centre to meet operational, technical and reporting requirements.
• Provide first‑point technical advice for customers and internal team members, and maintain local operating procedures.
• Drive cost‑of‑ownership targets, continuous improvement and data collection throughout the contract.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in electro‑mechanical or electronic engineering (or equivalent).
• At least four years of engineering, service or maintenance experience with direct customer contact in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Ability to work independently, remotely and on own initiative.
• Proficient PC skills for information management, reporting and presentations.
