TCP HBM Operator

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a TCP HBM Operator to run and monitor equipment on the memory production line. The role involves operating multiple machines, ensuring process quality, and supporting continuous production in a fast‑paced, 12‑hour shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and man multiple HBM equipment stations.
• Use computer‑based programs and applications to perform daily duties.
• Log machine data accurately and provide coverage during breaks.
• Monitor equipment performance, report discrepancies promptly to the lead, and communicate pass‑downs.
• Work 12‑hour shifts with a bi‑weekly rotation between day and night schedules.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance work quality.
• Ensure process and product quality by following current specifications, procedures, and change notifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 6S principles.
• Participate in certification, recertification, and on‑the‑job training programs.
• Identify hazards, follow safety protocols, and practice ergonomic lifting techniques.

Required profile

• Ability to operate complex manufacturing equipment and follow detailed process instructions.
• Comfort with shift work, including night rotations.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate logging and monitoring.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning, ask questions, and provide feedback.
• Commitment to safety, hazard reporting, and maintaining a compliant work environment.
