Talent Sourcer

About the role

Supermicro is looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join its global recruiting team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high‑quality candidates across a variety of channels to support the company’s rapid growth in data‑center and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent for open positions using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen resumes and assess qualifications against job requirements.
• Initiate conversations with potential candidates and generate interest in Supermicro opportunities.
• Manage multiple requisitions and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends, labor‑market conditions, and competitor talent landscapes.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and diversity‑inclusion sourcing efforts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related research roles.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a self‑starter attitude.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using sourcing tools and platforms.
