Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Recruitment

About the role

Binance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring across a wide range of business functions as the company expands globally. You will partner with hiring managers in Marketing, Payments, Financial Products, Operations and other critical teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process and negotiating offers.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience and act as a trusted Talent Partner to business leaders.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve hiring processes.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting databases and HR assets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified talent through networking, university outreach, job fairs and ongoing candidate engagement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in top‑tier tech companies or agencies.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship‑building and consulting skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Interest or curiosity about the crypto and Web3 industry.
