Supply Planner – Taipei

About the role

Join the ENZA Supply Planning team in Taipei as a Supply Planner. You will be responsible for managing finished‑goods replenishment, optimizing inventory, and ensuring high service levels across the EANZ distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finished‑goods replenishment planning and implement inventory strategies to improve inventory turns while maintaining service levels.
• Lead root‑cause analyses and corrective actions to address service level challenges.
• Optimize inventory across the EANZ DC network for efficient distribution and product availability.
• Drive on‑time delivery improvements and identify expediting opportunities.
• Assess capacity for new product introductions, sourcing transitions, and promotions.
• Utilize advanced supply planning systems to maintain accurate planning parameters.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Transportation, and Distribution Centers to resolve supply‑demand discrepancies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and best practices in supply planning and inventory management.
• 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with JDA supply planning system.
• Experience using SAP.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
