Supply Planner

About the role

Envalior is looking for a Supply Planner to join its Global Supply Chain team in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The role coordinates goods movement and production scheduling with the manufacturing plant, turns production schedules into process orders and supports monthly closings and inventory checks.

Key responsibilities

• Master production schedule: prepare it from the agreed S&OP decisions, monitor daily production against it and report deviations to SCM managers
• Detailed production scheduling based on the master schedule, considering material and capacity requirements, and communicate it to production engineers
• Prepare and hand over production/process orders based on the approved bill of materials
• Resolve short-term production problems, check production readiness and material availability, and coordinate with manufacture, SCM and OTC teams when production is interrupted
• Call-off orders: register, administer and monitor them, and handle urgent re-handling jobs such as repacking and re-palletizing
• Backorder processing in liaison with commercial assistants
• Reduce blocked, obsolete and rework materials, update the production schedule daily and support customer special sampling requests
• Consolidate supplier complaints outside the system and help communicate with suppliers
• Quality: comply with quality policy and the quality management system, and report non-compliance to management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, supply chain or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in SCM or procurement
• Extensive knowledge of operations management, including forecasting, capacity and inventory planning
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and good communication skills, including English

Required skills

• SAP ERP knowledge and MRP experience
• Planning experience covering raw materials, production and inventory management
• Handling urgent situations such as sharp demand fluctuations or short-term supply chain failures
