About the role
TSMC is seeking a Supply Chain Logistic Engineer to drive cost‑efficiency, smart operations and green transportation within its advanced semiconductor manufacturing network. The role focuses on managing warehouse operations and leading continuous‑improvement projects that enhance supply‑chain performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own daily warehouse operations and implement process‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
- Lead cross‑functional projects with material planners, procurement and waste‑material teams to achieve supply‑chain excellence.
- Research, evaluate and introduce cutting‑edge logistics and warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, AGV, robots and RPA.
- Coordinate vendor management and support automation‑warehouse design efforts.
Required profile
- Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to address daily operational challenges.
- Experience collaborating with multiple supply‑chain functions.
- Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and automation.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
- Familiarity with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV).
- Robotics and robotic process automation (RPA) concepts.
- Understanding of B2B data flow for logistics systems.
